Easy ways to make a drink that detoxifies and beautifies

What to prepare: A two-litre water bottle (preferably a glass jar or transparent plastic one), sliced vegetables and 1-2 litres of filtered water.

Things to notice when using detox water

There are many fruits combination that causes stomach upset and discomfort in the body, such as pomegranates and apricots, papayas and lemons, oranges and carrots, etc. Do not use metal containers because the acid in oranges, lemons will react chemically with the metal and create toxic substances for the body.
