If you love the oriole in Tam Cam, a Vietnamese fairy tale, you may be curious about this drink. It has a pleasing tart taste of passion fruit, and the foamy, sweet taste of egg white and coconut syrup.

Recipe
  • 50 ml whiskey
  • 30 ml passion fruit juice
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • Egg white and coconut syrup

Stylish

As the name implies, this drink mixes and matches many different alcohols including gin, Cointreau, Malibu and cherry brandy. It also has a tart taste from lemon and passion fruit juice.

  • 30 ml Cointreau
  • 30 ml Malibu
  • 20 ml cherry brandy
  • Lemon juice and passion fruit juice according to the desired sour level
